In high school I wanted to major in Creative Writing once I got to college. I go to a college now where I must major in English and only concentrate in Creative Writing. My first two years of college, I thought I wanted to get my Master's in English and Secondary Education in order to be a high school English teacher.
Now I've made an official decision: I want to go to graduate school for Creative Writing. I want a MFA in Poetry.
I'm getting tired of English, writing papers all of the time... I feel like my creativity is wasting away. And I don't think I could teach just yet... I believe I would be happier and more comfortable following this path although I am aware I will most likely not have a career...
