Letter to Girls at Concerts

Dear concert-going girls,

 You may think you look good with your tank top exposing your stomach, but really, no one wants to see your muffin top. I don't think I could even pull that look off, so if I can't do it, then you can't do it either.

Breakfast Thoughts

I don't get why some people (actually, A LOT of people) don't eat breakfast. Breakfast is the best meal of the day!! The thing I love about breakfast is all the options you have, and all of these options are DELICIOUS. I'll eat any breakfast food. Today for breakfast I had french toast and bacon! Usually I eat toast or bagels for breakfast. Sometimes muffins, toaster strudels, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, pancakes, English muffins, donuts... and more! If I don't eat breakfast, I feel sick and get a headache, and will most likely faint. That's never happened before, but I can see it happening. I'm a little girl, I like to be full or else I can't go through with the day! For lunch I'm going out to McKennas with Susan and Lisa where I'll order pancakes with strawberries on top!! BREAKFAST ALL DAY!!

Frappe Fail

All I wanted last night was a vanilla frappe, especially since the weather was so nice... but when I walked to the Sugar Bowl, it was closed!! FAIL. WHY was it closed so early? (It was around 7:30 PM, and the store closes at 10). I wonder.

Men's Figure Skating

They're so graceful! And I bet they look better in tight-sequined-spandex body suits than moi. 

Which I find somewhat sad, but only because I'm envious of their skillz.

Swedish is probably the coolest language I've ever heard!

- Grapefruit flavored things, or just the fruit in general. 

- Caramel. I just don't like it. I can tolerate it, but I don't enjoy it.

Europe on my Bureau

I have a display of cards I received recently from Switzerland/Belgium/France on top of my bureau. A few minutes ago I almost cried when I saw them, not because I miss them (which I do) but because I'm so happy I met them!!!

It's so awkward when you're sitting on the train and two people get on and sit on either side of you and hold a conversation over you. It's even more awkward when their conversation is in Spanish and you don't understand anything they're saying. 

My Buddha Collection

Yes, I collect things. Mostly little buddhas. 

The bamboo is a nice touch. I also have a mini-zen garden in my room. This all comes from the I-wanna-be-a-Buddhist-phase I had a while ago.  

If you ever need to get me a gift for some reason, I always accept little buddhas! :)

The Lion King - Broadway

The Lion King is coming to Boston (the Broadway play). I never really had an interest to see this play, but since it's coming to Boston, and I LOVE musicals in general, I decided to look up the price of tickets just in case they were reasonable, but NO... they cost almost $100! Just for one ticket! Ridiculous!! 

For that amount of money, I could make some animal costumes and put on my own musical :P
