Dis-moi encore que tu m'aimes

J'ai entendu une chanson sur le radio aujourd'hui qui s'appelle "Dis-moi encore que tu m'aimes" de Gaetan Roussel. C'est super :)

I was listening to French radio during work and discovered this song, it's really cute, look it up! On the train after work I heard two women speaking in French. When I walked on the train one lady said something about me, starting off with "That girl who just walked in with the cell phone..." then I stopped listening. Little did they know that I knew French =P Although my French is pretty bad now compared to when I was in high school.

France - tu me manques.

Reading "Timequake"

"I have pretended in this book that I will still be alive for the clambake in 2001. In chapter 46, I imagine myself as still alive in 2010."

I wish you were, Kurt Vonnegut.

SNOW DAY!

TONS OF SNOW! (So much that I have the day off from work!) And it's still snowing!! I'm getting out of this house, though, I'm so sick of being inside. Plan for the day: $4 mixed drinks in Allston with Adam. Kinda wanna go to the movies, or shop, or go to the MFA... yet none of my friends like what I like - fail! Although I am happy I have Adam for company, he is a good guy. :P

MErry Christmas

Well... today was okay. Not to be negative but I've never really liked Christmas. My brother woke me up by flinging a stuffed screaming monkey at me. I went downstairs to open presents then cleaned the house. Family came over and we had dinner. They left and I started drinking by myself but I am perfectly okay and far from drunk. I need to go outside. I'm sad and alone and I wish my friends didn't live so far away!! Another family party tomorrow... can't wait to go to work on Monday, I feel so anti-social. A year ago today I flew to Switzerland, I wish I could go back. At least I'm not crying anymore! I hate being alone. A blizzard is supposedly coming tomorrow -- I wanna build a snowman! My favorite composer is coming to Boston in February, too -- see, things to be happy about!! :D

Home Made Monsters

those who know me know that I sew... and ever since 2008, I've sewn what I like to call "MONSTERS." Here are the only few in existence:

the very first one I've ever made - for Theresa, July 2008.

the second, for Amanda in January 2009. She named it "Blinky"

(me) and the third for Steph, April 2010. She named it "Toothless"

the fourth, for Alex in Switzerland, August 2010. She named it "Flubby"

the fifth, for Nana. Christmas 2010.

I love making them! As you can see, they've gone from big to small, I like the smaller ones more...

IN CONCLUSION

FINALLY DONE WITH THIS SEMESTER!!! Four English classes weren't so bad, it was actually easier than previous semesters. Hopefully next semester will be the same because even though I'm done with my major, I'm taking four more English classes. I love Englishhhhh.

It's scary how dedicated I get to my school work. I woke up at 6 am to finish my paper that was due by midnight, so I busted out 5 pages and now I don't have to worry :D

90s children

Elizabeth, Lauren, and myself.

I think this is a sad one.

Yesterday was Thanksgiving. My favorite holiday. I ate a lot.

The other day I went back to high school, people didn't recognize me.

Today I wrote an 8 page short story for Fiction Writing. I read 114 pages of a religious sci-fi novel, and actually enjoyed it. I went outside only to go to a wake. My dead great uncle didn't look like my great uncle. I hadn't seen him in years. That side of the family barely knows me. I ate a meatball sub.

I spilt water on my bed. Now I'm drinking Kahlua by myself. I haven't felt this alone in a long time. I miss being loved.

Tomorrow I'm going out to breakfast with Ramsay, then getting my hair cut.

Here's my hair now:

Good & Bad

I love random acts of kindness. I hate seeing unnecessary nastiness. Two examples of what I've seen recently:

Bad:
Across from me on the train, a big guy was seated and had his legs spread in a way that no one could sit next to him. An older woman with a lot of bags squeezed in next to him, and he said, "WHAT, DO YOU WANT TO SIT ON MY LAP?" I couldn't believe it, a grown man saying this to an old woman when he should've gotten up and let her sit comfortably. The woman was foreign and couldn't understand him so she smiled and said "Yes, yes."

Good:
A blind man was walking down the stairs in one of my college's buildings. A girl asked him if she could help him whereas everyone else just walked around him. Which... is common, I guess, but still it made me happy.

Dear Whitman,

Dear Whitman and Dickinson,

Dear Whitman,

Dear Dickinson,

The Attack

So, I was just sitting on my bed doing homework and then I heard a knock at my door. A second later, Gumby runs into my room & starts to attack me. I screamed, it was very uncalled for.
Afterwards, he posed for some photobooth photos with me:

turns out, it's my little brother!

A Train Story

Went to Park Street earlier today... bumped into an old friend who now works for the T. He let me ride the train for free. Once downstairs I spotted my little brother on the middle platform. We gave each other weird looks and laughed. He got on the Braintree train and disappeared. I sat down on a bench and an old coworker sat down next to me. We talked the whole time.

Boston is so small.

Hot List

Right after I wrote about hot dogs - I ate one. Except it wasn't hot, which made me think about things in life that should be hot. I've created a short list in my mind, it's short because I would say most things are warm, and should be warm, instead of being hot.

Things in Life that Should Be Hot
- hot dogs
- tea
- hot chocolate
- the sun
- hot springs

I'm missing something.

More life lessons

1) Do not drink red wine without any food in your stomach.
2) Always wear shorts underneath a dress.
3) Do not show up to your friend's EMT Practical hungover.

hot dogs

I've eaten so many in the past few days. I love them. I don't love the myth that surrounds the hot dog. I understand that a hot dog is a mixture of unwanted meat or whatever, but in reality... it tastes good, so don't think about it and eat!

One more thought before sleep

I do like when British guys sing.

Wah!

It's a problem when a guy's pants are tighter than yours.
Well, I wasn't wearing pants, but still.

Right now

I'd rather eat a cupcake than drink right now.

10:30 PM departure.

Hopefully I don't fall asleep at the bar.
Hopefully I'll catch the last train home?
Should I dress up? But who is there to impress?
Hopefully I don't encounter any creeps. My life.

I need 2 more dollars to afford a drink.
Hmm...

I just want to sleep
and cuddle

Creep Magnet!

This happens to me_

*SITTING ON THE TRAIN*
*MEXICAN MAN WALKS ON, SITS NEXT TO ME*
Man: Why do you look so sad?
Man: You don't have to be sad.
Man: Everyone has problems, it's just how you resolve them...
Me: I'm fine.
Man: Where are you going? Are you going to school?
Me: No, I'm going away.
Man: Well, you don't have to be sad. Everything will be okay.
(he then sings & puts his arm "around" me)
Me: ...Bye.
Man: Have a good day.

The Nudist.

I have a nudist living behind my house. I love to talk about him.
Not only is he naked most of the time, but he likes to call attention to himself
by singing, yelling angrily at his cat, and making loud noises in his apartment.
(I swear he has tourrettes. It's fun to hear other neighbors yell at him to shut up).

Yesterday he came out onto his porch, fully dressed. I spied from my window.
He was talking to a cat in another yard, I think, because no one was talking back.
Then, he went into his apartment and came back out with a pair of binoculars.
I suppose he was looking at the cat through the binoculars.
I now know that he owns binoculars, yet then again I don't really do anything outlandish in front of my window.
A dog barked and he barked back at it.
Afterwards, he leaned against his railing and sang for a few minutes.

He's an odd guy...
His name is Bill.

Excitement.

You know that feeling when you get so excited, you can feel your blood rush and it feels warm and you feel like you can do anything... hmm.. that's how I feel now. Wanna know why? I was just talking to a high school senior about their summer reading list. Macbeth, Animal Farm, Brave New World... yes, this is why I'm so excited. (Again, I'm a total geek). I miss my high school English classes.

I can't wait to teach, I love what I study. I think this excitement is a good sign!

psh, I can't remember the last time I was this excited. Kind of sad!

Warning.

Don't give me anything nice.

The Adventure.

Adventure with Ramsay ended up being a hike at Blue Hills :)
All fun until I lost my beloved ring underneath a beastly rock, never to be seen again.
We then had food at a restaurant, where the waitress thought
that we were a couple in a fight, because I was trying not to cry.
We then had ice cream at Castle Island and watched music videos at my place.

Salsa Critic

They should make salsa without chunks, I'd like it more.

Yesterday.

Something that has never happened to me, ever, happened yesterday.
If you want some details, I'll tell you in person.
(This took place right after I wandered around the library).

Before this event, a security guard told me to smile.
After this event, I almost got hit by a few cars.
Later on, I watched 2 straight hours of Jersey Shore.
After that, I drank by myself at 12:30 AM.
While drinking my drink, I listened to one hit wonders on Youtube.
Then went to sleep at 3 AM and cried.
Woke up around 3:45 AM - my mom and brother were at my bedroom door and
took the air mattress from my room.

I suppose it was a sad day.

Library Review: North End Branch.

North End, Boston, Massachusetts.

This is when you know you're a geek. I'm writing a review about a library.
I'll make it short, since I was not impressed.
And I'll write like this, because I feel like it!

I had a half hour to kill, so I wandered into the North End library
in search of some interesting books. And
when I say interesting, I mean books I've wanted to read in high school
but never did. (Such as Fahrenheit 451, 1984, etc., you know, because I have
some free time before my four English classes start up).

The library has a very nice young adult and children's section.
I walked around for a bit in those sections, then walked over to the adult section.
The adult section was very unorganized,
yet
I stumbled upon the (unlabeled) poetry section, and got excited.
Derek Walcott, Walt Whitman, Robert Frost...
great!

Also mixed into this section were a good selection of African-American writers, which could have been helpful when I took African-American Literature sophomore year - such as Ellison, Baldwin, etc.

Poetry-African-American Literature mixed into one section? Interesting, but definitely my scene!

I continue to walk around, and find nothing interesting. Lots of cook books. A large mystery section, a decent sized romance section, and the smallest adult fiction section in the world! Seriously, the only thing that excited me from this section were a few Toni Morrison novels, but I didn't pick them up.

I left the library with a copy of "A Man Without a Country" by Kurt Vonnegut, and "Exile and the Kingdom" by Albert Camus.

WANT!

Totally worth the $15.

What a hat!

It's cute, but I don't think anyone could pull it off.

Life lesson

Being buzzed is unfun when alone.

A Don't in Life

Don't drink 2 cups of tea before you go to sleep.

My Reaction to the NBA Finals 2010

I don't think I've ever watched a Celtics game until tonight. I actually sat through it, and sort of got into it! I don't know much about basketball, nor am I interested in the sport, so here are my "rookie" reactions. Don't take anything seriously, because really, I have no idea what I'm talking about. This is just what I thought while watching the game. Perhaps it may cheer up all you heartbroken fans out there.

1) That Spanish guy is a beast.
2) Kobe’s nose is a different color?
3) Too many free throws for the Lakers.
4) The red headed Celtics player is hilarious. Ball o energy. He should have played more!
5) Lakers’ colors are purple & yellow. My favorite colors!
6) Apparently, it’s “quarters,” not “innings.” My mistake. (Now, baseball is a sport I like).
7) Why do people sit so close to the floor? They'll just get trampled on. I wouldn’t want a
giant falling on top of me.
8) Slovenian guy...? What a random country.
9) I want purple and yellow confetti to fall on me.
10) Time outs during the last few seconds of the game… intense!
11) Why no more short shorts? :P
12) I wouldn’t want to be the sweat-on-the-floor-wiper guy.
13) I didn’t know basketball players were actors, too. Felt like I was watching a cheesy
wrestling match at times. You’re huge men, suck it up!
14) Odom? Like... that guy who married Khloe Kardashian?

-the end-

German/Germany

Since I'll be in Germany for a few hours on Tuesday, I'm going to try and find a practical way to use my favorite German phrase... or at least, my favorite at the moment...

German: "WO IST DAS EIS?"
pronounced: VO IST DAS ICE?

English: Where is the ice cream?

I'm sure there will be ice cream somewhere in the airport, haha!

My official German classes will start in June :)

In other international news, my sister has made it to Istanbul, Turkey. She left Boston last night.
The McMahon twins... taking over the world...

Best Way to Start a Novel

"What about a teakettle? What if the spout opened and closed when the steam came out, so it would become a mouth, and it could whistle pretty melodies, or do Shakespeare, or just crack up with me?" - Jonathan Safran Foer.

I love it!

I'm watching Arthur... yes the cartoon... and the episode was about poetry. At the end of the episode, they focused on a real school with real children, and the children wrote/published their own poems. One little boy said this: "When someone is sad, and you write a happy poem, it will make them feel better" Adorable, and so true!

Twitter, Part 2

I've had a twitter now since May 15, 2009, apparently. In honor of this soon to be one year mark, I will post some crazy tweets here. If you want to follow me on twitter, my username is teriaki3. I update it more than I update this, perhaps, I don't know! I still don't really get the point of twitter, but it's fun to look back on. Enjoy.

Tonight, I am sad.

I wish I had more love in my life. I definitely don't get it at home. The only time I hug my parents these days is at the airport, before I fly away from them, and even then it's awkward. Sometimes I feel like it wouldn't matter if I were part of this family or not. I think it's too late for affection. And I can't remember the last time I said "I love you" to anyone, for that matter. My boyfriend and I haven't said it to each other yet, and that's fine with me. To be honest, I'm too scared to say it. In my past relationships, both guys have said it to me. And for what? If they "loved" me, then why did it not work out? I love talking to my boyfriend, and just by the way he looks at me sometimes I know how he feels. I have a great guy, and he makes me all smiley!! (Aww... I HAD to write something cheerful!! Now I'm smiling just thinking of him). It's just too bad he's so far away! I want, and need, an Andre hug!!! [23 days!]

But really, don't use "I love you" too generously. Perhaps I'm old fashioned, for I believe in its specialness. Nothing bothers me more than when I see a couple who have just started dating say this to each other. Eh, I can say more about this but I don't feel like it. On average, the only time I do feel love during the day is at work. Whenever a kid hugs me, or tells me I'm their best friend, or if one tells me that they've missed me... it just makes me feel worth it, and I don't think the kids understand how much it means to me.

I'm sorry if this makes no sense, it's hard to think, and type, when you're crying.

Monday, May 10, 2010

Monday morning...

While eating a bagel on skype earlier, I was trying to describe the difference between a bagel and a donut to my boyfriend (he's Swiss, leave him alone!), and I accidently flung my bagel, and it bounced off my computer screen. Fail!!

TODAY IS MONDAY. Bookmaking day at work! My favorite class!! :D

Duet

Any pianist want to learn a duet with me?

I've always wanted to learn this certain song, but the people I know who can play some piano aren't ready for it...

Or else, I'll just wait until my boyfriend visits me here. He's like... a professional. So much better than moi. Finally, I have a boyfriend with musical talent!! Plus, it would be cute! :D

Plath

Last night, I got into a rare conversation with my parents about poetry, and they've never heard of Sylvia Plath! I've never met anyone who didn't know her work, and it's especially mind-boggling because she was alive during their lifetime. I was a bit blown away, but told them, honestly, you're lucky you've never read any of her poems! (Eh... yes, I admit to despising her work. Probably the only American poet I can't stand!)

TerezĂn

I heard the most amazing story today - a Holocaust survivor spoke to us. What a man, what a story!

I didn't know this until today, but TerezĂn was originally called Theresienstadt, named after Empress Maria Theresa. Weird to discover how a former ghetto shared the same name as moi (although, not quite, since I do not spell my name with an "h," but the Czech translation is similar to Teresa).

I will be visiting TerezĂn in under 3 weeks.

I Love Google

Must make these!

Really, I have no idea.

What not to do while procrastinating, or perhaps this is an example of how insane a college student can become during finals week. Needless to say, my stomach makes a good drum. Another instrument??

Ballade: Procrastination.

I tend to do productive things as I procrastinate. I haven't played in a while, so I had the urge to bust out Ballade. The only problem is, my keyboard is way too small, and I have no pedals, either, so it's really not as epic as it should sound.

This is actually the song I played during my last ever Berklee College of Music recital. I, as a solo artist, was the first to perform. While performing in front of large crowds (sometimes up to 100 people or so!), my trick was to walk onto the stage and stare right at the piano instead of the people. It worked every time!

I recommend others to play an instrument while procrastinating, it's a great stress reliever!

Joy! And Relationships!

1 month until Andre visits me in Krakow, Poland! :)

I feel like my blog has turned into some kind of weird countdown. I bet people would be annoyed if I continuously say this in real life, so my blog is my excitement outlet! My advice to others in relationships: don't spend everyday with your boyfriend/girlfriend. Only bad things will result. Sometimes I'm happy I'm in a long distance relationship because when I see the dysfunctional relationships that surround me... I can only predict that things won't end well for them. I'm guilty of doing it myself, as well, in past relationships, and this Wednesday marks the one year "anniversary" of our break up. haha!

And if you do spend everyday or even live with your boyfriend/girlfriend, ENJOY IT. Respect them, and have fun. You don't know how jealous I am of people I know who are basically attached to their boyfriend/girlfriend, and I'm jealous just because they CAN BE in their loved one's presence. Although, I wouldn't want to be attached to my boyfriend, I just wish we could spend more time together. We've been dating since August, and we've only spent about 6 weeks together in person. The time that we DO spend together is amazing and memorable, and I just hope others around me realize this with their "chosen" ones.

Whoa! A serious blog update!

In other news, I have a science final today, work, and paper writing to do later on.
I'm going to refrain myself from updating my blog so much this week so I can get things done.

Springfoooden

I wish I had a water fountain spout built into the floor of my bedroom. One of those little spouts that turn on when you press a button, like the ones in Columbus Park, or on the Greenway. Except I only want one, not hundreds. Cute and refreshing!

(ps- the title is a phonetic reference to "water fountain" in German)

Sunday

1) One month away from Poland.
2) One month and a day from seeing my wonderful boyfriend for the first time in 5 months.
3) It's hot hot hot out today! I want to go to the beach!
4) I took a shower, and so far so good. I'm not afraid of the water, Boston!
5) It's been about 3 days since I last drank tea. Unheard of!
6) Suffolk doesn't give out May T passes, so I probably won't take the train as much.
7) Anyone want to go to the Arboretum next weekend, for the lilacs? :D
8) I hope my Swiss chocolate stash does not melt in today's heat.
9) I should really start my final papers, but I'm not too worried/stressed about this week.
10) I wish I had a mini ocean in my room.

morning, my room.

pretty to wake up to, even though my flowers are dying.

sound

A portion of "Victor's Piano Solo." My keyboard frustrates me very much, for it is far too small.
I wish I could pick up my piano and plant it in my room, and not have to worry about missing octaves...

And now, I shall sleep.

1 MORE MONTH

1 MONTH UNTIL I TURN 21 IN PRAGUE, CZECH REPUBLIC!!

Nice Job USPS!

My package reached Switzerland in record time! My boyfriend received his birthday present a week early, and he opened it! tsk tsk, Andre, ;)

but yes, I'm happy it got there, and I'm happy he liked it!!

Spring in Boston

After our chocolate picnic, I wandered away from my friends to walk in the Public Gardens by myself. (Nobody wanted to accompany me). It was a nice walk, and I saw some beautiful flowers, such as the ones above!!

What... happened...?

Back in the day, a.k.a last semester, I would write poems that were pages long. I think the longest was four pages.
Now I'm producing multiple haikus a day, as well as other poems that are not too too long.

I wonder... how many poems have I written in my life thus far? I remember keeping a journal Freshman year at Suffolk, where I wrote 300 poems in 12 months alone. I have books of poems dating back to 1998. I don't think there is a way to count. Must be somewhere over 500, so if anyone ever asks, which they usually don't, I'll just say... "a lot."

Here is a haiku for all of the couples out there:

Advice

Have a snowball fight
Near a famous Swiss mountain
With a boy you love.

Thursday April 29

Ended up crying last night while trying to sleep. No idea where that came from! I'm really not one to cry, unless there's reason to.

In other news, my trip to Prague and Poland is coming up very soon. Perhaps too soon? Third time flying to Europe in the past 11 months. Crazy? Yes. Broke? Now I am. I'm eager to finally study the Philosophy of Freedom, though, in these two countries!!

Even more exciting - my boyfriend is flying from Switzerland to Boston for a few weeks this summer!! He booked his flight a few days ago. His first time in the United States, and it will be amazing.

Speaking of my boyfriend, his birthday is next week! I'm not sure if he reads this or not, so I don't want to reveal his birthday present ;)

LAST DAY OF CLASS TODAY!!

My Twin Sister

Few people know that I have an identical twin sister. (Well, those who aren't so close to me). It just doesn't really... come up too often. Until they encounter her. Her name is Lauren, and she's a minute older than me. Above is a photo of the two of us at Powerscourt Gardens in Wicklow Ireland, July 2009. I'm the one with the scarf! :P

How I Met You

A short poem of how I met my boyfriend. Who knew that I'd fall in love with the boy who walked by me while eating a crepe at a sidewalk cafe in France. I, being the random person that I am, saw that he was looking for a place to eat, and called out to him. He ended up eating with us, and that is how it all began...

How I Met You

we met on the sidewalk
it was the third of August,
our second day in France.
we happened to meet
on our first day of school.

you walked by me,
and it happened, we met.

Breakfast of Champions

The lady next to me on the train was reading one of my favorite novels, and it made me smile!

"Breakfast of Champions" - Kurt Vonnegut.

Check it out.

Milky Eye

The man sitting across from me on the train earlier did not have a pupil in his right eye. His eye was completely white!

Work

Today at work, Martha Coakley came in to recognize the children whose paintings are in the new calendar. There were cookies for the kids, and I walked into the room to find a little girl had saved me a huge peanut butter cookie, after I thought that I wouldn't be able to have one (since I was running a class, and wanted to let the kids eat the cookies). SO CUTE!!!

after work smell

My hands smell like glue - and the glue smells like a butt.

:(

the kids made little TV books today, which required said nasty smelling glue.

Glam Man

I saw the coolest person on the train today!

He was about 7 feet tall!
With a crazy red "mohawk!"
And light grey leather pants!
With a cool red studded scarf!
And really big black boots!
And the bottom of his pants were covered in bandanas!
And really big sunglasses! And black gloves!

He was some kind of glam-punk sort of thing...
I've never seen anything like it, at least not in Boston.

He had to duck out of the train when he got off, he was that tall.

This Just Happened

Caleb on my back! :)
He perched there for a few minutes.

(I was standing up, so I had to hunch over while he sat on top of me)

Pickle

Why am I up late, if I have to wake up early?!

38 Days

38 days until I'm reunited with my boyfriend in Krakow, Poland!!! :D

I haven't seen him since January 11.

Street Encounter

This happened about 2 weeks ago. I'm surprised I didn't blog about it.

Me- *walking home from work*
Lady walking by - *angry hand gestures*
Me- *confused face, keep walking*
Lady- FRIEND, FRIEND!!!
Me- *confused, is she talking to me?*
Lady- FRIEND! FRIEND!
Me- *turns around*
Lady- *walks towards me* I just wanted to let you know that I wasn't making those gestures at you, I'm angry at someone else from earlier today.
Me- Oh, okay, that's fine.
Lady- Yeah, I wanted to apologize.
Me- It's okay.
Lady- You have very beautiful eyes! Have a good evening! *walks away*
Me- Thanks. *walks away*

the lady was older, and she definitely was not from this country.
oh, the characters in my town!

Computer Stuff

My youtube doesn't work properly - the videos don't play, just music, and then it freezes the internet, so I have to exit out of Safari and make a new tab, and my Facebook newsfeed page is messed up, the events/pokes/birthdays etc are on the WAY bottom of the page, when it SHOULD be on the top right hand side of the screen.

It works fine on other computers.
I think this is connected to the CRACKS in my LAPTOP. Somehow. It must be!

Flavorless.

Sweet Berry Stride gum is very disappointing.

Sicky Sicky Sick!

I almost fainted on the train last night.

My legs are killing me, and I'm dizzy.
And it feels as though I have a head cold.
Meh Meh MEH!

I think it's allergies. Weird, weird allergies!

Hopefully it goes away :P

Random Happenings at Suffolk

On Friday I snuck into an abandoned room at my school that had a piano in it. I began to play the piano quite loudly, for classes weren't really going on on that floor, and no one seemed to be around. As I was playing I heard the door from the hallway open, so I turned my head to check it out. Three girls walked by and the first girl saw me, and said "Hi!" I took a French class with her back in the day. The second girl said "Hi!" and so did the third, I took Music Theory with one of them Freshman year, and the last girl I met during Orientation. Three girls I haven't seen in a LONG time, walking by together, all three know me from various years at Suffolk. What are the chances! I was just playing the piano! haha.

DO NOT GET ME ANGRY. I'M AWFUL.

And I don't get angry too often.
Except now, I am very, very angry.

Words of advice:

Do not live life passively. Speak up for what you believe in. My throat is sore from talking so much. This is AMERICA, we have the FREEDOM OF SPEECH... so use it.

Bad toothpaste

Okay, so the toothpaste I'm using has killed my gumz. And I thought I was the only one, but then I asked my sister and she said it's hurting her, too. Avoid this toothpaste!!

I need a certain chair

I need a wing chair for my room!

EPIC and COMFORTABLE. PERFECT FOR READING.

16 & Pregnant

The show "16 and Pregnant" on MTV makes me never want to have kids (the childbirth scenes are so... graphic). Really, I did not want to see what a C-Section looks like. I also feel very sorry for them, the fathers usually leave them to raise their babies on their own. PSA for teenagers: Don't have sex! (And I'm quite serious).

Broken Piano Mystery Solved

Little cousin broke the piano. He apparently banged a toy car on the key, and it came loose. hmmm. Still broken. I left a note on the piano: "WHO BROKE THE PIANO?" and someone replied: "JAMES." haha!

Swiss Air

I saw a Swiss Air flight fly by the window at work earlier today, and my heart literally sank.
I miss him beaucoup!!

Broken Piano = Sad Morning

So, someone broke my piano (more specifically, a F# key), and tried to hide the evidence. Meh meh meh. Mom says she'll glue the key back on, but really, would it stay?

Good morning, and welcome to my lovely bathroom.

Got my English exam back today. My professor said that the majority of the class failed, and only a small percent of the class did well.

I got an A!!!!

Midnight

Midnight thoughts

1) The weather today was BEAUTIFUL!! I can't wait until it's like this all the time.
2) Being at the airport today really made me miss my boyfriend. I just wanted to hop on a plane to Switzerland!! And watching all the couples and people reunite once they landed...aw...well, that will be us sooner or later! :D
3) Where did my chapstick go!? My lucky Irish chapstick! In fact, all of my lip balms and lip glosses are GONE... my lips have been naked for a few days now, and it feels horrible. Must go to the store and buy chapstick.
4) I only ate toast, a bowl of cheerios, and a cupcake today. Tsk, tsk, Teresa... eat more.
5) Back to school tomorrow!! *cries*
6) I'm going to sleep in late today, probably the last time I can for a while.
7) Gooodnight.

My Room.

I've had my own room since September 2009 (before I shared it with my twin sister), and seriously, I cannot be happier. I am in LOVE with everything in my room, and I think it really shows off who I am. The bright yellow walls, pretty pretty curtains, humongous comfy bed, keyboard & book case - what else do you need?! Being in my room just makes me so happy, it truly is the most peaceful place in my house. It's everything I've ever wanted, and after 20 years of sharing a room -- it's perfection!! And especially tonight, my room is clean, and I have the window open since Boston finally has beautiful weather after four days of rain! SPRING IS HERE! (My favorite season!) I am just so happy in general [despite loneliness and boredom]! Life is good & tonight shall be a good sleep :D

Goodnight everyone!

Many faces of Teresa.

PICTURE BLOG TIME!
(I am SERIOUSLY this bored)

The "Duck Face," for when I want to look like a trashy teenage girl.
The "Ultimate Happy Face," for when I get so happy, it's scary.
The "Innocent Seductress" look. Yeah, you still can't have me :P
The "You Can't Have Me" look. Nope. You can't. (This is Andre's ass!)

"Sad Face" mixed with "I Can't Stand You" look. When I'm about to cry, perhaps?

"I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU JUST DID THAT" look. When in shock, flabbergasted, disgusted, etc.

The "I Don't Understand Anything" look. Usually given when I haven't a clue of what's going on.
The "I Can't Stand You" look. Usually given when I am annoyed.

THE END.
